Salt is one of the important ingredient  in kitchen for your cooking. Meal without salt is a tasteless because it makes the taste good for your buds.  There are many varieties you can find in the market. It has different taste and color.

Seat Salt

It is made by evaporating seawater. Like table salt, it is for the most part just sodium chloride. Sea salt contains minerals like zinc, iron and potassium. It also contains plastic waste. The health issue is unclear the existence of plastic waste in sea salt.

Himalayan Pink Salt

Himalayan salt is purest form of the salt found in the world which is derived from Khewra salt mine in Himalayan Mountains in Pakistan.  Most famous and purest form of salt all over the world. This blessing is blessed only to Pakistan.

Colors are from off-white to deep pink. Himalayan salt is rich in minerals. It contains 84 minerals and element found in human body. Its taste is good than other salt.

Kosher Salt

This salt is used in certain jewish culinary customs that’s why it is called kosher salt. The main difference between kosher and regular salt is the structure of flakes. According to the chef’s world its flake is large in size so that its is easy to pick with finger and spread over the food.

Celtic Salt

Celtic salt is the type of sea salt and originally popular in France. This salt is harvested from the bottom of tidal ponds off the coast of France. It has moist because it contains a bit of water. It color is grayish.

Kala Namak

Kala Namak is also known as black sea salt. Commonly used in Pakistan and India. Its pungent and salty taste.
