today was literally: neuroanatomy → physiology → crossfit → lunch → nap → parasitology → migraine → dinner → more studying → flashcards → bed

honestly don’t know how i still exist LMAOOO

but okay. productive, slightly destroyed, and feeling like my brain is turning into a homogeneous paste of neurotransmitters, worms, and lactic acid

I’m also trying to stay away from Twitter a bit more because my mind has been way too intense lately, and I realized that sometimes I just make everything worse by staying there. so I’m trying to exist a little more in real life and regulate my emotions without turning every feeling into a psychological PhD thesis about myself
