Locked away in the phantom bridal chamber, Idia Shroud was living out a literal horror game scenario. He was securely tied to a lavish chair, completely at the mercy of Princess Eliza, who was currently leaning her weight entirely against his shoulder. She sighed dreamily, launching into yet another dramatic monologue about the tragic, beautiful history of her life and her centuries of waiting for her perfect prince. As she wailed, she was entirely, overwhelmingly tactile. Poking Idia's cheek to emphasize her points and idly twirling his blue, flaming locks around her fingers.
"Ah, the bitter sting of fate! To have my young life cut short before I could experience true romance..." Eliza lamented, her fingers tracing a path down his cheek. Idia stared at the ceiling, his expression a mix of profound exhaustion and existential dread. "Yeah, yeah, tragic backstory, standard RPG trope. Look, Your Ghostly Highness, I'm literally a tier-one NPC when it comes to social interaction. My charisma stat is in the negatives. You're looking for a legendary hero, but you pulled for a common slime. Can we just...get back to the moment before you kidnapped me?"
Eliza gasped softly, completely ignoring his tech jargon, and looked up at him with glittering, star-struck eyes. "Oh, hear how he speaks! Such complex, mysterious words. You pretend to be a creature of the dark, my sweet prince, but I know a fragile, precious heart lies beneath!" She suddenly changed her posture, shifting to face him fully with an adoring, high-pitched coo. "Aawww, how cute you are! Just like a shy little puppy trying to bark at the moon!" Without warning, her translucent fingers darted forward, skittering playfully right against the sensitive skin of Idia's neck as if she were petting a frantic dog.
The sudden, fluttery contact struck Idia like a high-voltage lightning spell. His shoulders violently jerked upward, his tired demeanor completely evaporating as a breathless, high-pitched screech escaped his throat. "HEEEH—!!! W-WaHAit, h-hold on! Time out!" he gasped, trying to pull his chin down to shield his neck, but Eliza's fingers were mercilessly nimble, scribbling right under his jawline. A helpless flurry of giggles burst out of him, completely betraying his dark-and-brooding aesthetic. "Whee-hee-hee-hee! NoHOho, PLEASE!! Have mercy!"
"Oh, look at you wiggle! You truly are a darling thing when you smile!" Eliza cheered, delighted by the reaction. Her ghostly hands kept up the rapid, skittering scratches against his neck, completely fascinated by how his blue flames flickered and sparkled with every burst of laughter. She leaned in closer, cooing praises as her fingers danced across his collarbone and up to the sensitive spot right beneath his ears. "A prince who laughs so sweetly is a treasure beyond compare! We shall have a lifetime of joy together!"
"Your Highnehess! Hee-hee, st—stOHop thiHIs, please!" Idia squeaked, his face turning a brilliant shade of crimson and the tips of his hair tinted pink as he squirmed helplessly against the ropes.
Before Eliza could extend her playful assault any further, the heavy wooden doors of the chamber creaked open. One of her floating ghost servants poked its head inside, looking anxious. "Princess Eliza! Forgive the interruption, but the intruders have returned to the courtyard! They are making quite a ruckus and demanding the groom!"
Eliza snapped out of her playful mood instantly, her expression shifting back to a haughty, royal pout. She pulled her hands away from Idia's neck, smoothing down her bridal gown with an annoyed huff. "Hmph! Those ruffians simply do not know when to give up. Wait here, my beloved! I shall handle these uninvited guests and return to your side shortly." With a dramatic swirl of her veil, she floated swiftly out of the room, leaving Idia slumping forward in his bonds, panting heavily and desperately trying to reboot his overwhelmed brain.

And yes, i changed my artstyle. I looked back on the arts i've already posted on my blog and uhhhh thought that they looked.. ugly :') and so i changed it for the characters to have more proportions, and for them to have actual fingers rather than what looks like nubs or conjoined fingers 😅😅 what do ya'll think?
