at least once every time alex trains a batch of trainees one of the hotshot young guys tries to ask her out. every time alex just says “i’m a lesbian” and all of guys are like :( and the girls are like :) and then alex says “i’m also married” and all of the girls go :(

all of the trainees go through the experience of seeing maggie at the DEO for the first time and alex interacting with her

winn describes all the nerdy and goofy things alex does and the trainees don’t believe him, usually until they see her around maggie

one time maggie sees alex berate a trainee and later goes up to them and is like “is it true? are you guys as scared of alex as she says” and the trainee has to like… pause for a second because this is the woman that brings alex danvers to her knees but they say “it’s in a good way. she’s powerful, anyone with eyes can see that. she tries to act like she doesn’t care but we know if she didn’t care she wouldn’t try so hard with us.”
