Pilates Galore

So I haven't practiced #pilates since 21st December due to a surgery I had but, because I am a pilates lover, it has rewarded me by still keeping me in shape. If you commit to #pilates, it will be generous to your body. Always. I miss you pilates and I cannot wait to practice you intensely as always.

Sawing my stress away, lengthening my reach even further, deepening my connection even more, all through mind & body control.

Note taken!! Will keep on at it.

One of my favorite exercise in #Pilates, the mermaid stretch. It always comes at just the right time, when your body needs it most. Delish!!
