Solent Online Learning offers a huge amount of instructions related to academic writing (not just AW, but also critical thinking, doing research etc.). The advice is clearly and shortly written. Since our target group is first years students (potentially every student who needs to clear his/her head about the academic writing), I think, they could find handy summarization of the most common mistakes, academic writing checklist and so-called „use a good writing process“ part (their visualization shows seven steps and four of them are pre-writing steps -> great!).
