Ive Made A Huge Mistake

It’s been 1 week since I busted my ankle. Today would have been day 4 of my attempt to thru hike the PCT. Ankle is definitely swelling again but over all I think I should be good to leave next Sunday. 31/?: today started out great but maybe Steve’s ominous smile was foreshadowing what would soon follow after this picture was taken as we headed back after making it to #BlackStarCanyonFalls. Coming down a large boulder, I slipped and fell and twisted my left ankle. It didn’t feel too bad at first but after the 4+ mile journey back to the truck, it really took an additional beating and it’s pretty hard to even stand on now let alone walk or hike. 15/34: I’m waking up on time but man am i slow to get out of the house. Got a late start again because I was just moving so slow.
