I donât typically post online but I thought this might help myself more and might help others to so why not.
Iâm gonna touch on a few specific things that Iâve struggled with and others probably have / are too.
Looking for confirmation
When it comes to believing in shifting or having âproofâ youâll never really be fully confident that itâs real until you actually do it, and even then you could still be in a state of disbelief. Shifting is a extremely fascinating and foreign concept to so many people, especially in a world that teachers us since birth that we just have to deal with what weâre given and canât make changes, especially not big change like going to a different university entirely.
Itâs ok to not believe in shifting 100% and that doesnât mean you wonât shift, itâs not preventing you from shifting, but constantly looking for proof from other people in post isnât going to help you in your journey.
When you take a test are you always 100% sure that youâll pass. No youâre not, you could have studied for hours on end but no matter what itâs up to what answer you put for you to pass. Thatâs what shifting is. For some people they can take a test without studying and pass with flying colors, others could have studied the entire week and still failed. But they still all took the test. Not taking it wonât get you any chance of passing it at all.
It doesnât matter if youâre sure or not, just try. If you worry and worry about it youâll just be wasting time while you could be reaping the benefits of actually shifting.
Overthinking
As someone who overthinks everything, I get how hard it can be to overthink shifting, especially because itâs such a big intimidating idea, but overthinking just over complicates something that is so simple.
Spending so much time thinking about what can and canât happen stops you from actually doing anything.
When I first got into shifting I didnât take it that seriously because I was kinda skeptical and after about 4 months of trying on and off I shifted for the first time. It was so easy, and yet I canât seem to go it again. I believe I have complicated things to much for myself (and Iâm getting out of that mindset at the time of posting), just like media tends to do when it comes to shifting.
What I did the first time I shifted was convince myself that the 3D I was experiencing was that of my DRâs, then after about 30 minutes or so of that I rolled over and went to sleep. That easy I know! I woke up and heard my DR, I felt and heard my DR and got so excited, and a bit freaked out, that I went back to my CR.
When I woke up I was so shocked that it was real that I when online and looked for any and all content about shifting but as I went deeper and deeper I just kept seeing more people talk about things you âneedâ to do in order to shift like you need to write a scrips, drink water, etc. In reality there are no requirements to shift, we do it every second of every day with no effort.
Complicating shifting is just like making yourself conscious of the fact youâre breathing. It puts imaginary barriers up that donât really exist, you become the only thing stopping yourself from shifting.
So just let it go, just try to shift. Bring back that beginner mindset. See shifting for the simple thing it is, and just shift.
AnywaysâŚ
Thatâs all I wanted to talk about, I might post some more but who knows. If you have any questions feel free to ask and good luck shifting out there.
