Can anyone say no to this face? 

It's difficult in the world we currently live in to really pursue the dreams we have. Many of us start out saying, "Doctor," "Firefighter," "Actor," "Artist." Only to one day wake up and realize that we have played the safety card and become something more along the lines of Administrative Assistant, Sales Associate, Program Assistant, or (in my case) Barista. I went to college, like everyone told me to. I even graduated with 4 kinds of honors, like everyone told me to. Most importantly, I chose the major that everyone told me was the right thing to do. The problem is, no one told me that I still may not be able to find a job. No one told me I would spend subsequent years second guessing the entirety of my life decisions and realizing that I should have made choices based on my desires, not based on the statistical safety. Here I am with a B.A. in Psychology, a year of graduate school with a 4.0, and still a dream to be working as a photographer and graphic design artist. The problem with our world is, we have crushed dreams for the alternative of safety without realizing that all decisions have no predictable outcome. Live your dream. Life without a dream will leave you unfulfilled.
