Ghost Girl // Kevin Francis Gray

What’s unusual about this sculpture is the uncertainty as to what it means. Moving the veil shows a skeleton and lookin closely at the arms reveals self inflicted scars (maybe not self inflicted). Definitely look him up, Kevin Francis Gray has some beautiful work.

Today the Department of Extraordinary Embroidery is enjoying the creative needlework of Cape Town-based artist and designer Danielle Clough. She’s used everything from shoes and tennis rackets to chain link fences as canvases for her vibrant creations.
