Hidden within the lush greenery of Tangail stands a timeless symbol of Bengal’s aristocratic past, Mohera Zamindar Bari.
Built around 1890 by Zamindar Hemendra Narayan Roy Chowdhury along with his brothers, this magnificent estate reflects the grandeur and influence of the zamindari era. The architecture showcases strong European influences, complemented by scenic ponds, landscaped gardens, and three prominent buildings, named Maharaja Lodge, Ananda Lodge, and Kalicharan Lodge.
