Dearest members,

As many of you have probably been expecting, Queenmun (one of our founding members) and I have come to a mutual decision to close down Phoenix Down for good.  It's sad to be letting go, but neither of us has the time to keep on moderating, and with the dwindling activity, it only seemed right to do so.

Personally, I want to apologize for my behaviour as a mod for the past few months, when I kept saying I would organize events and try to help get back some more activity but never did.  I still love roleplaying, but managing a whole community is a completely different task that I didn't really have the motivation to carry out in my spare time--though I did have an amazing time with everyone that I've met here.  I was able to make friendships that have been carried over onto our personal blogs, and for that I'm really thankful.

We've had a great run here at Phoenix Down; we've always had nothing but incredible roleplayers and great muns here in our masterlist and not a speck of drama, so we'd like to thank each and every single one of you who have been with us for over a year, no matter for how long.  It's been incredible fun and we are proud to have been around all of you and to have had all those amazing interactions, both in and out of character.

Also, I want to thank everyone who has been a mod here at PD: Ri (Queen), Abbie (Deuce), Vae (Seifer), Natalie (Cinque), Ashy (Ajora), Sophia (Aria), and Livvy (Gabranth).  Working with each and every one of you was fantastic.
