ninetales: her starter- parallels todd having a growlithe. he gave her his firestone not long after she got sick. even though it hates the van life its loyalty to amanda means it will always stay by her side (but stays in its pokeball more often)

gothitelle: i was already considering giving her one, but its pokedex entry in scvi really sold me on her having one. they both have visions of the future. she caught it at a preevo stage just before she first had an attack.

morgrem: chaotic bastard energy. probably came across after it was lured in by the energy emiting from the rowdy van (a lot of ghost/dark/poison types are drawn to it)

machamp - starter, had since a machop. pretty mellow for a machamp, perhaps to balance farah anxieties. helps with bodyguarding

inteleon - if machamp is more for bodyguarding for its bulkiness, inteleon is more slick and swift and sneaky- good at sniping as well. (also i know people were nicknameing their inteleons 'james pond'

mienshao - similar to inteleon with the sneakiness but does close combat like machamp (also cause todd and dirk have pkmn from my top ten faves i wanted farah too as well)

ninjask - wanted farah to have a weird choice? because she is weird. small and fast so it scouts out areas (also ninjask is kinda cute its just like O-O)

riolu - suggested by you, its a cute choice i like to think dirk came across it and thought 'hey this reminds me of you!'

combusken - also suggested by you. cant think of how/why she would come across this lil fella, but shes training it up and its a bit like a teenager- and it reminds her of someone
