I've realised that when it comes to PLL the hype is always more exciting then the reality

Why do people keep saying that Emison shippers are hoping Alison’s husband is abusive? I haven’t seen one person hope for that, and I would never wish that on anybody. People are speculating that he will be because of how Emison’s story has already paralleled Pip and Estella’s love story thus before- speculating is not hoping. But then again, people will say anything to villianize Emison shippers, so I don’t know why I’m so surprised.
