Native Filipino food is so healthy and nutrient dense. Cook more of it, many of these ingredients are available at asian supermarkets and health food stores. Health gurus are only now discovering the medicinal benefits of these ingredients whereas we have been consuming this stuff for ages. Can people stop thinking that lumpia, pan de sal and jollibee is the extent of filipino food... this isn’t even indigenous food and this stuff is so unhealthy and boring in comparison. Keep our native culinary traditions alive.
