This will be Philip's second project with Koseli, having painted two small-scale murals with the students in early 2016. Philip has been tattooing for 23 years, is the owner of @oldcrowtattoo in Oakland,CA and father to a beautiful son. His art combines the themes of traditonal tattooing and divine energy, creating, a unique emphasis on anatomical adornment. We are honored to partner with @powwowworldwide and bring this project to the Nepali community.
