“What was it that you wanted to talk to me about again?”

“Well it’s a little too high. Your body should be straight or you’re not exercising it correctly,” he replied.

“Well, this still counts as my Fitbit moves, so I’m good,” she shrugged.

“It’s only,” Harper checked her phone, “seven o’ six. now, chop chop!”

“I’m sick,” she faked a cough.

“I’m perfect relaxed,” she hissed back. “This is me relaxed.”

“I worry how you with a stick shoved up your butt looks like then.”

“I guess we will have to see when someone actually shows up… May I interest you in a cup of coffee?”

“Coffee will do,” she agreed eagerly. “Let’s have a muffin or two too.”

“Breakfast was at eight,” Cassia said, “The room inspectors are coming around now.”

PJ laughed and pulled on the shirt he was carrying, “Monsters can strike at any moment,” He pointed out, “If we’re not prepared, we die.”

“And what can three hours change? At least I’ll be more awake and actually be able to listen to anything anyone’s saying,” she murmured.

“Yes, um, well…” Gus stuttered, quickly turning his head to avoid eye contact with the blonde. “There’s going to be some announcement I think. Otherwise it’s just another prank,” he mumbled, still trying not to look at her.

Ophelia started chewing on her lower lip, hoping it would help her stay awake. “What sort of announcement? They wouldn’t come up with new quests, would they?”

“You…do realize it’s 12 right now, don’t you?” June was fully dressed already, prepared to train with a sword in her hand.

“As in 12am? It cannot be midday already!”

“Try lowering your butt more,” he replied.

“I don’t think my backside can go any lower than that... My bones are not made of jelly.”

“Some sort of drill I think. In case of monsters.”

“Seriously? I see no monsters here... Can we just go back to beds?”

“It’s 9am. That’s hardly early.”

“Depends on who you ask.”

“We’re training today sis! Don’t you remember?”

Phee groaned, pushing her hair back. “It feels like the middle of the night, Harper.”

When the other walked away, Gabby rolled her eyes and she tore the rocks from the target. “If I’m in a mood today, then I’m always in a mood, Ophelia.”

“Maybe you should get a massage, it would relax you a bit.”

“What are you doing?!”

“I thought I was doing push ups? Clearly that’s not the case,” she mumbled quietly.

“I meant to remind you of something, but I forgot what I was going to remind you to do,” Mary said. They frowned slightly. “I always do that, don’t I?”
