Phantom Detectives L.L.C. will be officially going live around 5:00 EST PM today on FB, IG, and YouTube to give our viewers a walkthrough of Graeme Park’s Keith House. It is a very active location with a ton of history. Join the investigation team then for a walkthrough.

Due to the intense heat wave Phantom Detectives LLC and Graeme Park have rescheduled today’s paranormal investigation of the Keith House for Friday July 10, 2026. Next weeks temperature will be 87-89 degrees with will be much safer for the investigation team to safely operate.

Phantom Detectives LLC is officially announcing that Emily Leto to be the team’s guest investigator/Psychic Medium for the Keith House. Emily is a well known Psychic Medium, Graphics Designer, Illustrator, Remote Viewing Expert, and expert on Psychometry. Emily will be bringing her impressive skills into the team’s talent pool next Friday. As soon as the team completes the investigation they will post the results of the 30th investigation on their team website.

Phantom Detectives L.L.C. will be bringing in a guest investigator that is a well known Psychic Medium to fill in for Melissa Ferrazzano who will be unavailable to attend at the Keith House on Friday July 3, 2026. More information will be revealed about this week person will be released after they are confirmed to attend.

Phantom Detectives LLC will be officially investigating Graeme Park’s Keith House on Friday July 3, 2026 from 6:00-11:00 PM. The Keith House is one the only surviving house in Pennsylvania of a colonial Governor. There are reports of people hearing noises such as footsteps, bangs, voices, and more. Is the Keith House haunted? Phantom Detectives will find out in a few weeks. In addition the team is working on bringing one of the top news stations from Philadelphia with them to document the investigation.

Phantom Detectives LLC’s Psychic Medium/Case Manager Melissa Ferrazzano and Occult Symbols/Spiritual Beliefs Researcher Holly Faust will be setting up vendor tables today at Pennhurst Paracon 2026. They both will be doing readings, selling products, and are available to meet.

Phantom Detectives LLC had a very interesting investigation of Chaddsford Winery. The team had activity on their Digital Dowsing SLS camera, numerous high EMF spikes outside/inside the places where they investigated, and activity on the dowsing rods/pendulums. Over the coming weeks the investigation team will be pouring through all the data to see what pops up on review. They be returning in October for a lecture at the Winery in October to reveal their findings.

Phantom Detectives LLC is proud to announce that they have officially rescheduled their 29th investigation. The teams next investigation is at the Chadds Ford Winery in Chadds Ford, Pa on Saturday April 11, 2026 from 6:00-11:00 PM EST. A possible news station might be joining the team as well. In October the team will be doing a trick or treat lecture series with 7500 guests coming.
