Thereās this small moment I have to bring up because this also speaks to resistance. And as we know, the family is not telling the truth ā the entire truth ā to Hippolyta about what happened to George and sheās starting to feel it and it comes up in this episode. Ā But thereās this f*cking great line where she says to Montrose, āI know you and Tic took care of that man. I donāt need to know the details.ā And I just want to take a moment to say like that is also our show. We are just casually throwing it out there that Hippolyta knows for a fact they killed the sheriff who killed her husband. I just want to acknowledge that history of our people. Like if you think that we didnāt bust back sometimes, we did. Thereās, again, resistance on so many different levels.
