It flagged a sentence I spent about one and a half hour seated on the floor of my house trying to get right because I wasn't satisfied with the pace. Yeah no, cut the crap.

You're telling me that people, who for the majority never wrote more than a tweet, are harrassing writers because of some bs detectors flagging shit at random?

Unless authors themselves admit to using AI, people need to back off ffs.

Also using AI to detect AI and trusting said it blindly, you've lost the plot I fear.

I got a total of 13% AI on one detector and ONE PERCENT MIXED/99% HUMAN on another so can another AI explain the difference in results cuz I'm lost? I'm amazed, really, never in my life have I asked chatgpt for even a synonym because I am thirty freaking four and know how to use a dictionnary, or you know, google.

Is it because the pattern detector is based on how people write nowadays? Which is like shit because nobody bothers with pacing and putting in the effort to build a sentence with more than 5 words? The number of fics getting insane hype on Twitter or Threads that I start and cannot read past the first chapter 🥲
