Four days. Two apartment buildings destroyed by Russian ballistic missiles. Just two of the many hit by Russia over the past four days. On 2 July, Russia killed 31 people in the capital. Tonight, it struck Kyiv again, killing at least 12 people. During both attacks, Ukraine's air defenders intercepted hundreds of drones and dozens of cruise missiles. But Russia's ballistic missiles still reached residential buildings because Ukraine does not have enough interceptor missiles. As long as Patriot interceptor missiles remain in allied stockpiles instead of protecting civilian lives, Russia will keep destroying homes and killing innocent people. The means to stop Russia's terror already exist. What is needed now are concrete decisions.

Russia's continued terror against civilians in Ukraine demonstrates its unwillingness to end its war.
Kyiv survived another night of terror. Russia killed at least 13 people and injured more than 100 others in a massive air attack on Kyiv in the early hours of July 2, according to preliminary reports.
Russia's main targets were private homes, apartment buildings, warehouses, and a hotel.
