From the moment you awoke, you were overwhelmed with nausea and a pounding headache. Ever since you’d gotten pregnant, most of your mornings began like this.

Luckily you had Timothée, your caring and loving husband, to take care of you whenever you had morning sickness.

Rising from the bed as you felt a giant wave of nausea hit you, you ran into the connecting bathroom to get rid of the contents of your stomach. You held the rims of the toilet bowl tightly as your throat burned from the acid.

Timothée had jumped up from the moment he heard the first gag coming from the bathroom. In nothing but his boxers, he’d sprung into action and ran over to you without a second thought. After the first few nights of you getting morning sickness, Timothée had learned exactly how to help you during and after these rough moments.

“Aww, baby.” he cooed as he found you hunched over the toilet, gasping for air as you got a break from throwing up. Taking the hair tie you had around your limp wrist, he tied your hair into a messy bun and rubbed your back soothingly. “I’m so sorry. Let it all out.”

It was hard hiding your relationship from the public.

You had to be 110% professional around each other while promoting Bones and All to make sure no one found out you were dating.

Timothée had to restrain himself constantly from staring at you with extremely fond eyes or from touching you or wrapping an arm around you when doing an interview or going somewhere the paps would follow you.

Hiding your relationship proved to be especially hard tonight as Timothée watched you stun the crowds with your impeccable looks. Just to tease him, you refused to let him see your outfit for the London Film Festival. He had to wait like everyone else to see it on the red carpet—which probably wasn’t a great idea because now all Timothée can think about now is admiring you and putting his hands all over you.

Fuck it, he thought as he began taking large strides towards you. You hadn’t noticed him yet, much to Timothée’s liking.

It wasn’t until the fans started screaming louder and you observed their attention moving elsewhere that your eyes panned to the side and you spotted him—but by then it was too late.

You furrowed your eyebrows as you took in his large strides and determined look. “Timothée, what are you—“

He didn’t even give you the chance to finish your sentence before he was in front of you, cupping your face with both of his large hands and dipping down to kiss you.

His lips were slightly chapped against yours, but you didn’t seem to mind as he held you in place almost possessively. It gave you butterflies how much he loved showing you affection, and you were always more than happy to give him some in return.

But not here in the middle of a red carpet event!

You grabbed Timothée’s wrists and gently forced him off of you. Remaining silent as he opened his eyes once again, he gave you a hazy look filled with adoration.

In one moment you were fine, posing prettily for the cameras like the unbothered queen that your makeup artists and stylist made you feel like. You’d been overly excited about getting to go back to England for London Film Festival.

But now, an awkward pain was rushing to the sides of your head, overtaking your senses. While your head pounded, there was an overwhelming mixture of dizziness and nausea that wouldn’t leave you alone.

Yet, you continued to smile for the cameras, pretending as if nothing was wrong. You looked around—trying not to appear too frantic as you tried to spot your assistant or your manager. It proved to be unhelpful however, because the more you moved your head, the more dizzy you got.

Timothée, who had been standing a few feet away posing on his own, noticed your change in demeanor and behavior after seconds of looking over at you. You were still putting on a show for the photographers, but your smile didn’t quite reach your eyes.

He walked over, ignoring the photographers that began yelling suggestions for poses to do with you. “Hey, you okay?” Timothée slid his hand around your waist, resting it against the curve just above your hip. You and Timothée were just friends, but you’d always been a bit touchy with each other. Especially on red carpets, the crowds absolutely ate up your chemistry.

“Not feeling too hot.” you turned to speak in his ear, “I’m just a little woozy all of a sudden, dunno why.”

“Maybe you’re dehydrated?” Timothée suggested, a worried look taking over his face as you blinked slowly at him. “Can you hear me?”

“My ears are ringing, but yeah.” you replied, downplaying your discomfort. Timothée’s grip on your waist tightened as he called over his assistant who was nearby.

“C’mon, we’re gonna get you out of here.” Timothée murmured, moving so he was blocking you from the camera’s flashing blur. “We’re gonna find you a water bottle and some fruit or something to raise your blood sugar. Can’t have you fainting on us, sweetheart.”

His voice was so tender, so caring. Sweetheart? Never in a million years did you think Timothée Chalamet would say sweetheart, let alone you of all people.

However, you had no time to question him, nor enough energy to think about it any longer. Your attention needed to be walking off the carpet without causing a scene and fainting. Right, left, right, left.

“Tim, you stay. I’ll be fine.” you promised, feeling guilty as the fans yelled for him to stay. “Your assistant can take me inside the theater, I’ll call my assistant when I get there too.”

“I’m not going anywhere, I want to make sure you’re okay.” Timothée argued, voice firm.

“Tim, we can meet up later and you’ll see I’m fine—“

“Y/N, let me be here for you.” Timothée spoke firmly again, yet the tenderness had returned. “I want to stay.”

i would, but i wrote a blurb identical to this just for his oscars outfit and i think it would be very repetitive to write a whole other piece for another outfit, i’m sorry!

“There’s our boy!” Nicole grabs your hand tightly, squeezing it as she spotted Timothée cross the carpet in his all white attire.

You and Nicole had shown up to the film festival to surprise Timothée. When you came up with the idea and presented it to Nicole, she’d sprung up from her chair and immediately helped you book the airplane tickets.

“Doesn’t he look handsome?” she inquired to no one in particular as you both watched Timothée greet the crowd with his signature peace signs and air kisses.

“He does,” you agreed, “his hair especially.”
