Bio: Looks, wealth, fame - what does Mackenzie Braeburn not have? Apart from being a regular feature on Forbes’ list of “The World’s Youngest Billionaires”, Mac is one talented young man. He’s quiet and reserved, yet sharp when needed. After all, there is a lot of pressure on a young CEO on a multinational company - he has a reputation to upkeep. He hasn’t failed in it, so far. Mackenzie has always done what is best for his father’s company - now his own company. His first, and foremost thought is always “how do I get this business ahead?” no wonder his social life is a bit lacking. Mac’s motto is simplicity - the simpler he can make matters, the more successful he thinks it’ll become. However, as a person, “Ice Prince” is by far the best term to describe Mac. He has everything - yet, he’s terribly reserved with his true feelings and emotions. Feeling that his own emotions would just complicate matters further, he tries to hide them as much as possible. As a person, Mackenzie has his faults and merits, just like everyone else. He is hard-working, determined and focused almost to a fault, and intelligent - yet at times he can seem haughty and stuck-up. It is not intentional - no, merely, it is the case of an over-inflated ego being used to cover up an under-appreciated sense of self-worth. Even though Mac is talented and young, he still feels that his company is a minority in comparison to that of Microsoft, and thus this drives him harder to succeed. He does feel some sort of inferiority complex to the other man. In some sense, just like ice, he is also fragile (though he hides it well), but like ice, one just needs to warm up to him and melt his façade, in order to meet the slightly naïve young man behind it all. P.S - never call him Ice Prince, though. It irks him terribly.
History: Mac was born into an affluent family, with the perfect upbringing. During his school life, he was a model student, however, teachers were lukewarm at his lack of participation in school extra-curriculurs. As a child, he was taught dancing and how to play the piano - skills he still is proficient in, but barely ever reveals to others. Mac often found himself wondering “couldn’t this be simpler?” and this is the attitude he bought into his new job as the marketing intern in his father’s company. Once he graduated out of college, his father rewarded him aptly by making him the new head of the family corporation, much to his surprise. At first, he was reluctant to do so, as he didn’t agree with the methods the company had been running on, however, once he took over, he decided to use his motto of simplicity to overhaul the company internally and externally - to great success. Since that point, it’s only been an rising journey for the young man, who has used his motto for simplicity to boost the company he feels so fortunate to be heading.
