7/15/22- My summer class ended two weeks ago. I passed calculus so now I’m finally able to move onto my major classes. For fall semester I’m scheduled to take Calculus 2, Physics for scientists and engineers, and the science of astronomy. I’ve also been reading the Big Bang by Simon Singh. It was recommended to me by an astronomy professor and has helped me get back into reading. I’m praying that this upcoming semester goes well for me. I still plan on working two jobs and doing executive board for a club on campus so my workload will keep me busy and away from home. My move in date is in about two weeks so starting early August I will no longer be under my parents roof, it’s time for me to step into true adulthood :)

Current status: very tired and feeling a little drained, coffee might be in order tomorrow. I have two more finals; one in person and one online async. I’m so close to being able to just focus on my jobs and saving up for my apartment next year

3/1/21- I haven’t been very active on this blog cause life has got me violently preoccupied. Which I don’t mind at all! I enjoy the feeling of being busy, when there’s nothing to do I feel like I’m wasting time. Alongside of school, I joined my mom on her weight loss journey. I will update this later with the weight I’ve lost in total after my appointment tomorrow. (Edit: total of 12lbs down) Today I tried on my favorite corduroy pants and I was able to button all three buttons! The day before I found out that I am now able to fit into a croptop that I loved dearly but had to stop wearing cause of how much weight I had gained. Whenever I feel like I’m not making progress, these little victories put me in check.

2/4/21 - 14/100: Long time no see! The hectic nature that is life is slowly worsening day by day! On top of that, I’m broke! Stress is setting in for sure but I’m hoping that these next few months fly by quickly. Recently I’ve started a new trig unit and learned this new concept in chem, I forgot what it’s called but it deals with shape and size of orbitals.

1/29/21 - 7/100: This is for January 28, cause I forgot to post again lmao. For all the productivity I’ve been working on I have definitely been lacking on this. I got to 80% on one of my chemistry homework sets so I could start on the other. Once in at 80% on the other one I’ll do as much as I can after I take the quiz that’s due tonight to see if I can raise my grade on those more. My mom got her new weekly diet schedule so I took some time to start prepping those portions. I finally took the ground beef and Turkey out of the fridge so I can weigh those once they defrost and wrap the portions up for her. For trig, I finished section 1.4-1.5 homework and the quiz. The quiz was mainly review content so I’m hoping I did well on it. Well, time to think about tomorrow.

1/27/21 - 6/100: Went to my orthodontist, which I hate cause the assistants and orthodontist himself are very unprofessional. I actually finished both of my preclasses for chemistry on time today! Now all I have to do is meet them Friday as well and I’ll have more confidence in my pace for that class. I’ve progressed a little bit on one of the homework sets that’s due Friday along with a quiz but golly the questions are like 5 parts and take a whole page of work. After Spanish, I got further in my 1.3-1.4 video for trig. I finished all the homework and took the quiz. It was 50 points so I’m hoping I did well on it. Time for tiktok and fan fiction until recitation tomorrow, good night!
