My ex-sister-in-law worked in Crow Northern Cheyenne hospital for years, I was honored to have met members of both tribes.  They’re people of strong Christian faith while still respecting their heritage.  It’s not mutually exclusive.

For those unaware of Joe Medicine Crow, a Native American of the Crow tribe, who served and fought the Nazis in WWII, while in Europe completed all his tribes four feats necessary to become a War Chieftain of his tribe and was the last one to do so.  An epic story that deserves a movie adaption, IMO.

Did you see the latest celebrity “I take responsibility” video?  Alot of people find it cringy but I love it, the way the eyes move right to left as they read the script, the dramatic pauses, holding breaths, the same super dramatic tones.  To quote Abby Higgs, “What are they auditioning for?”  It’s all just for show, a “please keep me in work” plea to the industry.  

To answer your question, Yes, and 3 is the magic number. The answer to your second question, No, because in general people hate to be lectured by celebrities.  Ricky Gervais went off on celebrities at the Golden Globes:

you say you’re woke, but the companies you work for run sweatshops in China— Apple, Amazon, Disney.  If ISIS started a streaming service, you’d call your agent, wouldn’t you?  So if you do win an award tonight, don’t use it as a platform to make a political speech. You’re in no position to lecture the public about anything. You know nothing about the real world. Most of you spent less time in school than Greta Thunberg.

The lastest celebrity video attempts to address this by not lecturing you all and make it about their own flaws.  You already know it went as well as a lead balloon but that’s not the point, the video was about keeping their jobs by appeasing union bosses whose goal is for their corrupt pension plans  get a federal bail out thanks to a generous Democrat president.
