loud and clear â bokuto k.
bokuto k. x deaf fem!readerâword count: 1.1k
synopsis: You want to cheer Bokuto on, but being deaf makes it complicated.
notes: I got inspired after spending time at my sisterâs school for disabled kids, where I met many of her deaf classmates. They were so energetic and we bonded over fandoms. This fic is much shorter than my usual since Iâm practicing on writing concise one-shots without losing depth. Itâs tricky, but Iâm learning!
cw/tags: fluff, established relationship
Silence isnât empty.
Itâs full of color, of movement, of the small details that get lost beneath the noise. You donât need sound to know the world is alive. You see it in the way the wind stirs the trees, in the way laughter shakes someoneâs shoulders, in the way excitement brightens a personâs eyes.
And right now, you see it in the way Bokuto plays.
His presence is a roar even if you canât hear it. Heâs larger than life, bursting with a kind of energy that fills every inch of the court. His teammates react to him, the crowd reacts to him, and youâwatching from the standsâfeel your heart react too.

Word Count: 1,100+
Synopsis: The weather is getting warmer, and you decide to enjoy the warmth of its radiance on the deck of the ship you serve on. Your crewmate joins you at your side, and you take the time to chastise him for interfering in the growing relationship between Oden and Toki while enjoying his embrace.
Themes: Marco x gn!reader, friends to lovers, unspoken feelings, physical touch, fluff, mutual pining.
Notes: @cyborg-franky said he was having a time recently and asked for some fluff for a gn!reader. I haven't written for Marco before, but I really wanted to do this for you. I adore your work so much, and you're such a positive influence to the community. I hope you like it. I also based it a little on this scene. I hope I do your boy justice.

fucking finally. tags : pure fluff, fem!reader, childhood friends to lovers trope wc : 1,5k synopsis : one single word is sometimes enough to change everything a/n : oh how i missed writing for my baby boy
"Come on, set for me!" Bokuto's heavy arm hooks around your neck as he pulls you into his side, the grown man looking at you with big bright puppy eyes. "Pleeaaase, Y/n."
You sigh at his antics, and eye the net across the street. Initially, this was supposed to be a calm evening walk with your best friend after you had picked him up from practice. Yet, you must admit that it is your own fault for thinking that you can combine the words "calm" and "Bokuto" in one coherent sentence. The weak smile you offer him as you exhale defeatedly is enough for him to sprint over to the sand volleyball court, and pull a ball out of his duffle bag.
He guides you to the other side of the net, enthusiastically explaining how to toss him the ball, how to dig it once he hits it, reminding you to keep a proper stance -
You scoff. As if you havenât spent half of your free time observing him like a hawk during games and practices. You wouldnât call yourself good at volleyball per se, but for an amateur youâre not too bad either.
And so your little play time goes on like this for a little while, the ball flying back and forth between the both of you. And before you know it the sun has almost set, painting the sky in a reddish orange hue.
"Kou, itâs getting late. I think we should head home." You tilt your head as you pout at him, stuffing your hands in the back pockets of your jeans. You'd be lying if you said that you weren't a little out of breath.
"Hm? Donât tell me youâre already tired." He grins mischievously. You know what heâs doing, because if thereâs something worse than his puppy eyes, than it is him using your ego against you. He watches you flip him off before you get back into position as he mumbles to himself. âThatâs my girl.â
Rintaro has no idea whatâs coming to him.
So far, thereâs been three videos about couples breaking up on your for-you-page, full of tears and heartbreak and anger as you scroll. You try not to linger on these videos for too long, lest they mess up your perfected algorithm, but for some reason, they always find their way back to you.
You donât know how, or why he would⌠but you blame Rintaro.
With a huff, you throw your phone back onto the couch and stomp your way into the kitchen, where Rintaro doesnât even spare you a glance. He merely takes a bite of his sandwich and continues to scroll on TikTok.
âHey baby,â he says, mouth full of food. âWhatâs up-â
Heâs cut off by you gripping his collar sharply, pulling it taught and pulling him with it. He whimpers and his eyes bug out of his skull, but he doesnât say anything as you lean down to be face to face with him.
âListen to me,â you snap, trying not to laugh at the way his puffed cheeks turn up to look at you. âWeâre not breaking up.â
ââŚokay?â He whines a small laugh.
âListen.â You pull his collar tighter, and he starts to giggle nervously, his cheeks growing bigger as he tries to swallow the bite of food in his mouth around your choking. âIf youâre sick of me, take some medicine. If youâre bored of me, go play a video game. If youâre tired of me, take a nap. Weâre not breaking up. Not now, not ever, do you understand me?â
He nods around his laughter, trying so hard to weasel free from your gripping of his collar. His hands paw at his plate for a chip to give you, in an attempt to satisfy you, but all you do is click your tongue.
âDo you love me?â
He canât respond around his laughter.
âI said: DO YOU LOVE ME?!â
Finally, heâs able to nod and choke out a âyes,â bringing the chip to your lips. âOkay,â you whisper menacingly, slowly releasing his collar and taking the chip from his fingers. âI love you too.â
âMy throat hurts now,â he pouts.
âIâll baby you once Iâm done fixing my for-you-page,â you promise, kissing his head and leaving the kitchen, leaving him to process what just happened.

I think Suna's twins are girls đĽš
Could you imagine how soft all those boys would go seeing the two tiny pink bundles.
part 3 of this series
âTheyâre likeâŚtwo little people.â
The two little people in question are your newborn twin daughters. Two tiny blushing bundles of baby swaddled in two sets of thick and clammy armsâarms of who they don't yet know to be their uncles. Uncles who just so happened to lie about their familial status to the receptionist to get in your private room.Â
âTwo little ladies,â Atsumu knowingly corrects his twin. âAddress them as such.âÂ
âItâs like, how did they even come out of you?â
Though thereâs no ill intent in the question, your exhausted body can't help but be slightly offended. As if the past 36 hours of excruciating labor (times two) that you endured didnât exist in real-time, to those who weren't there.Â
You huff a short and dry laugh, âSlowly and painfully.â
Suna rubs a slender hand through your hair, gently using this thumb to massage away at your tender temples. Your eyes close instinctually at the comforting touch. âYou did great, mama,â he coos.Â
Atsumu lets the two of you enjoy the intimate moment for about five seconds before deciding heâs been considerate enough.
Synopsis: Sometimes, Bokutoâs got his own way of finding reasons as to why he doesnât belongâor in this case, as to why he doesnât deserve to marry you.
Characters: Bokuto Koutarou, Reader, Boâs family
Genre: Angst to Fluff, Established Relationship, Semi-slowburn, Slice of Life | WC: 11,400+
A/N: this is a commed piece by @beemmmv thank u so much for the trust in this!! t_t
commissions | ko-fi
You think heâs at his brightest like this: Â
Quite literally, under the brightest stage lights. Â
Waiting for him by the sidelines is a part of your routine that you arenât unfamiliar with, you suppose. Bokutoâs practically made for the light, whereas, you were content in staying put just beside itâbeside him. But then again, itâs not so bad. Â
The prompter in front of him signals the beginning of his countdown, but before he hits five, Bokutoâs craning his neck past the stage and sneaking in one last glance towards you. Then heâs waving, smiling, and mouthing a quick âI love you,â only you could catch and decipher, and just like that all is well. Â
So it really isnât all that bad. Â
He comes home to you every day, anyway. Â
From behind the rolling cameras, you sit still and listen. âSo how does it feel?â the man with the microphone prompts. Â
In mild amusement, you watch as Bokuto shifts back and forth in his seat, a knowing smile steadily growing across his face. Itâs a telltale sign of his enthusiasm in the matter, you recognize. Inwardly, you snicker, the atmosphere in the room lightening up as soon as Bokuto leans forward and matches the energy the interviewer is evidently trying to put out in the room. Â
Heâs always been a good sport. Beside you, Iwaizumi crosses his arms one over the other, head nodding in mirth. Looking at his coach, you share a smile. Thereâs always been a reason why Bokutoâs in charge of PR and you suppose that his display of the seemingly limitless happiness was just a small piece of the many whys.
Bokuto nods, teeth bared in a smile. âI feel great.â

Picking Bokuto up from the airport
Bokuto Koutarou x gn reader
Tags & warnings: very mildly sexually suggestive
Word count: ~1.2k
Notes: Oops this started as a 500 word drabble and then I blinked. Attempt FOUR to post this, thank u tags
Your eyes drift from the sea of red tail lights ahead of you to the clock on the dash.
Ugh.
It was risky to take a nap right before you had to leave for the airport. You knew that. You knew youâd probably sleep through your alarm (like always), but who could blame you? You were so tired, and in your stupor, you convinced yourself that it would be fine. But of course it wasnât.
When your eyes shot open long after your alarm sounded, youâd rocketed out of bed, scrambled to pull some clothes on, and sprinted out of the house 20 minutes later than planned. And in your rush, youâd left your fucking phone on the bedside table.
the happinness that we deserve
synopsis: former enemies share a heartfelt conversation as the world around them is ending and make each other one last promise.
tags: love confession, first kiss, slight angst/bitterness, fluff, proposal if you squint
word count: 3.2k
cw: none
The look you exchanged with him as he transformed in front of your very eyes was a sight that had not once left you, it haunted your nights and your daydreams. A look that made you wonder if there was more to it. There had to be more. You wanted there to be more.
But alas, as he escaped with Eren and no remorse, you realized that there wasnât anything at all and all the years youâd spent with him, building this friendship that probably covered something more, was nothing. All your trust had been built on lies and dirty secrets.
And once again, when you and your comrades had to go after Eren and you got to stand on the armored titanâs shoulder, you promised Reiner a painful death. You promised that youâd kill him with your very hands for daring to play with your heart like that. You knew he could hear all of your words and you hoped they hurt but deep down, you knew very well that they did not.

THE EXIT PAIRING: r.suna x gn!reader GENRE: angst + exposure of the bet trope (enemies to lovers to enemies)
it gets personal at the end, and this has such a different energy to anything i've written before. like there's harsh words, fucked up tropes, and it's definitely more 2010 teen drama. proceed with caution <3
a party.
people crowding the living room and backyard of the house, 20+ bottles of alcohol, red cups lining every table and surface, casual hookups, and girls rushing to the bathroom to throw up, and others blacked out on the grass.
you lost suna throughout the night, got invested in a conversation with a girl you've never spoken to before. and once you realised he was gone, you searched for him.
asking around for his whereabouts, getting closer and closer to finding a distinct location. osamu told you where to go, and you went. ducking underneath the velvet rope blocking off steps, and heading up.
turning every corner, trying to open every door, with a ear pressed to each closed surface. and down the hall, at the corner, a small ray of light illuminates the hallway.
you walk forward, starting to hear the hushed conversation and walking on your toes, holding your breath in your chest as you approach the slightly opened door.
back pressing against the wall, hiding in the shadows you listen. maybe it's nothing serious and you're being nosey, feeding off drama that might not even involve you.
until you hear your name.
school days đŚ
