• Not adjusting your shirt constantly to hide your stomach

• Feeling lighter when you walk, like there’s less weighing you down

• The waistband of leggings lying smooth instead of rolling down

• Walking in fitted shorts and noticing they stay in place

• your chest/torso looking tighter, and your posture looks better because there isn’t so much room being taken up by your back
