This is the beginning of the story.  On Feb '10 we were looking for a new apartment.  We made a list of requirements: location, space, infrastructure.  The "Mercedes" building came up as the only building that met all our demands.  When we were shown a penthouse on 13/14th stories,  we knew that we found exactly what we were looking for.
