My depression knows no bounds. It creeps in to my ounces of happiness and drains them without hesitation.

I can’t take it anymore and that scares the hell out of me. I know I’m not alone in this feeling, yet I feel incredibly isolated, even around loved ones. What’s the point of it? What’s the point of anything?

Desperately wanting to disappear has become my new norm. Work consumes my soul while school depletes my mental resources. Karate used to be freeing but now it feels like an obligation. I keep going to all and keep pushing myself, but for what? It’s the same shit everyday.
