Rosslyn Chapel, Scotland Dad loved the Da Vinci code so we went and checked out Rosslyn Chapel - such an interesting place to visit and even better that it wasn't crowded on the day we visited.

As soon as we arrived i knew Scotland was going to be special. The thing was - it was totally unexpected. Before my Grandma passed away she told my Dad to take us girls to Scotland and i'm so grateful we made it out there. My Dad is Scottish so seeing where my family originates from was amazing! The air was fresh and cold, the hills were bright green and the streets had history written all over them. (Photo is our accommodation in Coldingham - An old horse stable that go converted into a house)

Will be sharing some photos and stories from our recent adventure in Europe! Here I am in Australia thinking about how amazing God is and all of His creations then I get to Europe and I am blown away by His masterpiece of what we call Earth, Cities and Countries. There is so much to see across the the oceans.

One of the things I often find myself doing on flights is just ponder, dream and reassess my life. Maybe I do it because i'm just bored or maybe the clouds just inspire me to dream big - because let's face it when you are this high up in the sky, our perception of big and small changes. We find ourselves looking down at the "tiny" houses, trees and cars and compare them to what seem like endless blue oceans and hundreds of floating fluffy white clouds. It makes me realise how I live such a busy life  and often forget to just sit back and admire God's works and creations. I am sitting on a plane to New Zealand and i've been reminded about my love for writing. I grew up always writing in Journals - in fact there hasn't been a year where I haven't started a new Journal (key word being "started"). Writing allows us to put our thoughts, opinions and feelings to paper. To create our own quotes that may possibly be passed on after we leave this earth.  So here i go again, a new attempt at writing, dreaming and being in my happy place!
