Remind me to never use the lgbt wiki again Vixenamoric It was coined by Twitter users ssapphrodite and viixenyy to "distance lesbians attracted exclusively to femininity from non-binary, he/him and they/them lesbians", though this is inherently exclusionary and implies those groups aren't lesbians. This is because they believe that pronouns equal gender, even though there are many languages that lack gender-specific pronouns and evidence of lesbians who do not use she/her pronouns.
I looked at the page and oh god, I don’t know if the article or the comments are worse. The comments are a mixed bag of “waaaahhh they’re excluding enby lesbians and he/him lesbians they’re enbyphobic :(((“ and “y’all told us to make our own label so we did, stfu we’re only attracted to women and enbies aren’t women”. (Amen to those commenting the second one)
The article is just terrible lmao. “It’s exclusionary!!!” Yeah. Sexuality is kinda like that.
Also, yeah... those groups aren’t lesbians. Deal with it. (the history of he/him lesbians is women having to pass as men to survive in a time of rampant homophobia... it wasn’t an identity thing)
This might be my favourite part of the page though.
This just in, folks. Women exclusively attracted to women are not lgbt, because they’re exclusionary in their attraction!!! (sounds kinda homophobic to me idk)
And btw, this is the name of the wiki
Ah, yes. Cishet aces and aros are lgbt but gay women are not.
Anyways, I fixed the page.
And here’s my summary of what I changed;
If this gets noticed I’m sure it will be changed back lol. But for now, my petty bitchiness is on the vixenamoric page. 🖤
