Bewitched Drabble Series; A Preface: Yoongi, the pensive witch who specializes in potions, enchantments, and making leafy companions. You, the witty vampire who enjoys kicking ass, inappropriate jokes, and a hearty pint of blood. One day you are assigned to Yoongi as his elixir tester, quippy companion, and most importantly, his protector.
Inhaling the sweet scent of honeysuckle into your lungs, you brought a bony knuckle to the grand mahogany door. Tapping it once, tapping twice.
Cautiously, it squeaked open, revealing a dainty Min Yoongi. His hair was now silver, tightly trimmed above his pointed ears. A pair of black-framed specks rested loosely upon the bridge of his nose, and you could feel your fingers itching to push them back up. While lastly, a mug of what could only be his favorite floral tea, marigolds with a touch of hibiscus, hovered above his outstretched hand. There had been hints of nettle in the way Yoongi’s eyes drifted upwards, how they looked lazy and half-lidded. That is until they widened at the sight of you.
“Well, if it isn’t y/n herself.”
The words grated through his clenched teeth, “Pardon me if this sounds crude, but please enlighten me as to why on earth the darling of the vampire world is at my doorstep.”
A grin spreads across your face, one vast and almost as malicious as the curses burning on the witch’s tongue, “Your warm welcomes never cease to amaze me; I’m moving in.” The last of your sentence had still been leaving your lips when you abruptly dropped your suitcase with a harsh thud.
The boy’s mouth fell agape to the notorious crimson seal adorning the letter you pulled from the pocket of your jeans. “E-Excuse me, is this a joke?” If he hadn’t just downed half of his precious elixirs, Yoongi may have just dropped dead there on the steps of his own home before a vampire he could never manage to entirely forget. Ignoring his remark and too pale face, you smugly unfolded the paper and handed it to the baffled boy before you.
“You’ve got to be shitting me-”
