what have i been doing lately 🦋
the second year of study at the university began, so I devote most of my time to study, because I have a lot of new lessons 📚
I continue to play sports🏃♀️ and it gives me great pleasure to see how my body changes

While walking home from university (the weather was so good today that I decided to walk), I saw these beautiful views and decided to photograph them!

Things that did wonders for my mental health:
having enough sleep and a fixed sleeping and waking time ( at least on the weekdays)
starting my day with gratitude (things to be grateful for: being alive, having a body, a mind, a soul, health, family, friends, food and water, safety, a roof over your head, your education, your job, your free time... seriously there is so much to be grateful for) and praying for my family’s wellbeing
any type of movement - it can be as light or as intense as you’d like it to be: stretch in bed, hop on your yoga mat, go for a walk, go to the gym...
showering = instant rebirth
diligently doing your skincare routine
nourishing your body. no counting calories/ no restricting. feeding your body all the nutrients it needs to function
making a to-do list in the morning
journaling at night
reading before bed
doing a monthly habit tracker
having enough time to get ready in the morning and not rushing
checking in with your loved ones weekly
listening to podcasts - especially motivational and uplifting ones
learning something new everyday - never underestimate the power of those 4- 8 minutes educational videos on youtube
doing yoga
allowing myself to make mistakes

On the first day of uni, I had three physics classes in a row! I had to take two buses to the desired university building. Because of this, I had to get up very early in order to be in time by 9 o'clock. And I decided to walk home. It took me an hour and a half to get home, but it was a very nice walk!

On the second day I had 6 classes! The last lesson was physical education. Because of this, I returned home at 7:30 pm. On this day, I had discrete mathematics, philosophy and mathematical statistics and something else. Sounds pretty scary////

This day was a bit relaxed and calm! I wanted to do all my homework that day, but fatigue changed my plans hehe

I can't believe the summer has come to an end. When the summer just started, I thought: “there are three months of rest ahead, freedom from studies and university”. But before I had time to think about it, I saw the date "August 31" on the calendar. I hope I'm not alone////
I made a spread for September to get my thoughts in order. Please don't look at my blank month calendar. I don't know yet what plans I will have.

Just yesterday I remembered about the unfinished notes on physics from the last academic year. Therefore, now I need to finish writing one more lecture (yesterday I already managed to rewrite something). And my hand hurts from just looking at the amount of information that needs to be written ////
And today I went with my parents to a furniture store not far from my house. We went there to buy a cabinet, but in the end we bought a mirror for my sister and me in the room. In the mall we had lunch in a small cafeteria. Sorry for this photo. I remembered to take a picture of food only when I had already eaten half of it /// I'm hopeless, hehe
On the way home, I bought vanilla ice cream. Although it is already quite cold, I could not resist.

Looking forward to next semester! I'm so worried because now I'm going to be a sophomore. I saw the new schedule and it scared me a little. A lot of new lessons with unfamiliar teachers have been added. But I believe that I can handle it and quickly get used to the new people around me.
In the meantime, my summer vacation is not over yet, I keep a journal of my thoughts. I thought about what it would be like if I went to a Japanese school!

Imagine you're a writer, and there are people scribbling in the margins of your books, underlining their favorite passages, leaving makeshift bookmarks between the pages (subway tickets, library receipts, handwritten notes), reading excerpts out loud to their friends and lovers or to themselves just to feel the words on their tongue, memorizing quotes and then copying them in their notebooks, daydreaming about your characters and excitingly speculating about what's going to happen to them in the sequel, writing reviews in their school newspaper.

Hey-hey, literally in a week I will need to return to study at uni! It’s hard to believe that the summer holidays have passed so quickly... My motivation is at zero, or, one might say, it does not exist at all lol. In order to somehow tune my mind to the thought of studying, I decided to create a "NEW ACADEMIC YEAR" moodboard. I just put together everything that I associate with studying!

> constant work in front of a computer screen. Take care of your eyesight and don't forget to do eye exercises!
> listen to your favorite music while doing homework.

Try it yourself! It was quite fun and exciting to do!
