Thinking about vampires tonight. Most stories say they’re infertile because they’re undead, but like, that’s boring, so I propose that they aren’t infertile because they’re undead but instead because they’re old as fuck. Menopause happens at like 50 so there’s no way a Victorian vampire has any eggs left, and sperm count starts drastically decreasing at like forty so there’s no way those Victorian vampires are having any kind of kin… other than their thralls.
