Get you a man who is good for you mentally, physically and spiritually. A man who is patient, kind, compassionate, reciprocates your energy and who exposes you to genuine and unconditional love. Get you a man who acknowledges the light in you and does everything in his power to protect it while encouraging its glow. And ladies when you are blessed with a man like this, cherish him.

One of the worst things ever 😪

Please stop sharing images of Black people belng brutalized and murdered. Please examine yourself and find out what it is about you that you feel that you have to see the evidence of a life stolen in order to access your rage and advocacy. Non black ppl cut it out because it’s anti-Black to share these videos and images. It’s not normal to see people murdered and beat and hunted and gunned down. Do you realize how traumatizing it is to Black people to have to view it? And Black people, I love you, if you are one of the people sharing it and viewing it please seek help. I fear that too many of us have become numb and desensitized from consuming so many instances of the tragedies of our people.

I'm so traumatized but still trynna remain strong. Its damaging to the mental...I'm always the defense mode. Praying and thanking God for another day. Praying that others are blessed to see. Please stop sharing videos and photos. Show picture of then before all, still bringing awareness.
