I turned 30 today !!! (ﾉ´ヮ´)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧

Despite all the horrors of the last 6 years , I think my twenties were okay : I made friends , drew a lot and managed to sustain myself with my art and not waste time doing something I didn’t like , I found my style both in art and fashion 🌸 Up until I’d say 25 I only wore clothes just because I had to , I didn’t treat it as a way of self expression … maybe it’s just because I grew up in a very small town and wore what was available and not something I actually liked … finding out that clothes and make up can actually lift your mood quite a bit and make you feel comfortable in your own skin was quite a discovery to say the least 😅

Unfortunately to my great sorrow , I lost a very close friend a few days ago and I wasn’t at all ready for such news … I was too naive and blindly believed that everything will be alright and nothing bad can ever happen ( he died of the type of cancer that has a very high survival rate , but as it turns out , survival rate for any kind of disease is 50% - you either live … or you die , that’s it )

So I’m not in the mood to celebrate, but I still managed to draw Kaito to keep a tradition of drawing stuff for myself as a present alive ✨

The last year of my twenties was devoured by vocaloid and project diva games and I actually drew a whole series of vocaloid portraits that I’ll post later this summer …
