Juniper and Robin are really enjoying the summer days in the farm

rainy day - more than one thunder
The storm inspired Juniper to confront Rosario about not coming to visit Robin and missing their daughter's birthday party
it's safe to say their relationship is not gonna imporve, but Juniper hopes that at least Rosario steps up and tries to care for Robin
other members of the family decided to use the storm for more cozy activities. Amber is heling Karmine to learn how to bake
though things don't go so smoothly
the storm also brought sad news, it's was time to the lovely cow Joseph to go with grim and cross the rainbow bridge
Being a crafty person and making a bunch of things often prompts people to ask "oh wow did you make that?" And like, the short answer is: yes I did, but the long answer is: well, no, the pattern isn't mine, but I did choose and buy the fabric/yarn and sewed it together/crocheted it/knitted it myself. I used a reference for that drawing/painting, I didn't come up with it myself. That ceramic piece was insired by a poem and a painting made by different people. What I'm trying to say is, everything I make requires other people to make their own thing first, and then I get inspired by them to do my own thing. So I can't really call anything truly mine, because really it's just a bunch of inspirations and experiences of others (and me) put together by my hands. Does that answer your question
This yarn came from sheep raised in New Zealand and was spun by a woman in Peru. The pattern was created by someone in Germany. My needles were made by a craftsman in China and my stitchmarkers came from the lady at the local fiber festival.
I may have knit this sweater but it contains the souls of people from around the world.
Bits of my smile came from a memory of my aunt and bits of my lips came from the corn I ate last summer. Part of my cadence comes from an old dead friend and some of my lexicon comes from my son’s videos. Parts of my muscles and skin walked around as chicken and cows not so long ago. Parts of my cell membranes were exhaled by trees and parts of my blood were filtered by oysters. We are make of the pieces of the world and of the past that we find laying around and that are gifted to us and that we make part of us. There is no other way to be alive.
Jim Clancy is THE TV husband of all time. Not only does he believe in Melinda's abilities and choose to support her even when it's difficult, but he also never hesitates to protect her even when the people she needs protecting from are her own parents. He's even more infuriated by the way they constantly lie and invalidate her than Melinda is, and he has zero tolerance for them causing her more emotional pain than she's already endured. He also doesn't get jealous of Melinda having male friends and appreciates that Rick and Eli become important parts of her life and her support system.
Also he's not afraid to show her affection even in public or talk about his feelings or have important conversations without turning everything into a fight. He's supportive without being a suck-up, protective without being overbearing, and he's a great communicator. Overall you can really tell how much he genuinely loves his wife without his character feeling over-the-top or unrealistic. Like he is the blueprint for a healthy male love interest that everybody trying to write one should follow, and he deserves more appreciation
one of the thing that i love about Ghost Whisperer is that Melinda never stops treating her gift as a secret, like girl it's been 5 seasons there is not a single person in Grandview left that doesnt know about it, you have helped them all in one way or another

it's been a while since the family got together, and celebrating Robin's birthday was the perfect excuse
it also gave everybody a chance to celebrate Oliver's news and welcome Karmine and Xochitl to the family
while the day was cloudy, it held the rain at bay just enough to Robin to make her debut into toddlerhood! they grow up so fast!
Amber's terrible, no good night
it started having the privilege of experiencing Robin's first ever blown out diaper XD
followed by a random but classic toilet fire after finally finishing her shower. I guess no more spicy food for you, my girl

Summer brings surprises
It was just another regular summer day in the Pantone household
until Xochitl came over for a visit, and she was not alone! I guess the fun adventures at the club came with fun results XD
Oliver is supper happy about the news, and asks Xochi and Karmine to move in. It's earlier than what they had planned but it works for them
