Reflection
This period was kinda heavy because we learnt how to write longer paragraphs and papers. I learnt about plagiarism while paraphrasing. I also learnt that all knowledge we have acquired from past periods will be helpful when writing. I'm talking about the pre-writing part we once learnt, the outline and all that. Everything has been useful and has helped us to make ever better projects. I chose the expository paragraph as evidence because I wrote about something I already know about. I acquired information about the topic (which as "Study Tours") and shared my experience. I also gathered information before writing everything down to make sure to get a good definition about my topic. I also chose my Research Paper about "Pollution" because it has been one of the longest papers I've ever written and followed some tips I found to success. I felt a little bit more free about choosing our own topics and by defining them they way I wanted. It wasn't easy at first but all I needed was to read my notes in the book or maybe ask for help if needed. I also liked how the teacher asked for our projects because she gave us time to think about the topic, to do the pre-writing and outline and finally, to define it. So I think this period was more interesting and creative for me. I think I should need to ask for tips whenever I get confused about something. It's always good to have a second opinion besides yours. I also hope I can keep my creativity to keep writing good works and to help me develop the topic as much as I could.
