I just don't like how she's being....

(A small bit of her knuckles flicker from the regular cyan, to a more translucent cyan that looks almost drained, to the same gray coating her fingers.)

(She sits down and closes her eyes, though Patience probably wouldn't notice the latter)

(The small figure grips onto her skirt, conflict ruminating in her head. She didn’t want to be alone. She never wanted to be alone ever again. But at the same time, she knew she couldn’t keep someone here, especially not someone with people waiting on them. That’s bad. Very bad. They’ll become lonely if they only have her to talk to, even if she feels way less lonely with them.)

(Then again, they managed to get to her…. How was that? Could.. could anyone else do that.)

(She cuts herself off. A brief flash of orange enters her mind before escaping her just as quickly. She frowns and shakes her head.)

(Goodness, I’m having trouble remembering who I wanted to wait for… You say you had many friends where you’re from? I don’t remember many people from my life.)

(She immediately stands up, turning back around to face Patience, roughly)

(She doesn’t sound entirely convinced, her speech is more mumbly.)
