so genuinely tired of the argument "well, it may not be harmful but it's weird, so we should be allowed to judge!" because either A) you do, in fact, think that weird=harmful, which is a problem, or B) you think it's okay to judge (re: bully) people on the basis you think they're weird, which is also a problem.

who CARES if someone's weird, who CARES if someone likes taboo fiction, who CARES if it someone likes things in a "cringey" way, WHO CARES. if it's not HARMFUL, if no one is being actively harmed, who gives a fuck. i cannot wrap my head around why anyone would care SO much about someone else having "icky" interests. grow up.
