I took another pass at one of the fake horror movie posters I created for Inktober this year (I’ve included the original version below). Spent a little more time on the new one and I’m a lot happier with it. I’m thinking about making a comic based on this one--kinda feels like America could use these guys right about now (the “Three” of the title, that is, not the clown in the background). 

Here, all in one place for the first time, after the 31 horror movie posters I created for Inktober/Halloween. I love the design of old horror movie posters, the tag lines, and the promise of a terrifying experience that the movies themselves seldom lived up to. None of these movies are real--they're all just homages I devised to specific subgenres. I made one of these a day, so some of them are pretty shaky (especially GHOULAG, which kicked this whole stupid endeavor off)--I'm hoping to do some kind of a print collection at some point, which will likely necessitate touching some of these up, or entirely redoing others. Until then, happy Halloween!
