Chance listened to the man and chuckled before he stepped closer and the redhead felt his cheeks heat up. “Oh, I mean, it definitely would but uh it’s not the only thing that would turn me on.” It so would though and he felt a little embarrassed for admitting that. “I mean, look at you. The thought of you in general turns me on a little.”

"Only a little?"  Preston would have pouted if he didn't think that Chance was just playing coy, and never once did Preston miss an opportunity to play around with someone a little as he went so far as to pull his shirt off, twirling to fabric around his finger.  "How about now, still only turning you on a LITTLE?"

“Right?” Jem chuckled at the man wiggling his eyebrows because he was definitely watching him. “It made the clean up process way way easier let me tell you and the likelihood of getting caught a bit smaller.” He offered before nodding. “It is. If only I had someone to join me.” Jem hummed before grinning and nodding. “Yep. I’m actually a Disney princess.”

"You're not a fan of getting caught?"  He asked, of course a quick frown washing over his face as he looked towards the floor, "the THRILL behind getting caught is so EXCITING though, especially if you're somewhere you're NOT supposed to be.  Like changing rooms at a department store, knowing there's people right on the other side of the door while you're TRYING to be as QUIET as possible."  He wouldn't go on to tell the other he'd been kicked out of plenty of stores for such displays though.  His statement though, "i'd be interested," not beating around the bush at all about it, "but you've got to ask me NICELY first..."  A broad smirk drawing out across his lips, "think you could do that?"

“Uh… Yeah,” he said sheepishly. It wasn’t technically a thing people said, but he’d said it like it was. “No,” he said, laughing a little at Preston’s definition. “Although that’s hilarious. No, like, a book I’ve read so many times that it feels… Home-y. Like comfort food, but a book,” he attempted to explain where he was going with this. “It’s nice to meet you, though, Preston. Thanks for helping me not lose my stuff,” he said as they walked to his room. “This one’s mine,” he added. “Do you wanna come in? It’s kinda messy, but it’s because, you know. Moving in,” he gestured vaguely and unnecessarily. 

Ah see, now FOOD was something that Preston could understand and knew all about, but how this other man could rely on books to give him the same PLEASURES a home cooked meal could?  He could literally start drooling at the idea of his grandmother's pot roast with all the trimmings, fuck he was starting to get VERY hungry.  When they reached the others door Preston shrugged, "only if you want me to," because he didn't want to intrude - especially when someone was still just moving in, but if the man wanted company Preston would DEFINITELY agree.  He was just leaving it ALL up to him.

Des could see the grin all over the man’s face, as he turned to face him, not all that ashamed that he had nothing covering his crotch. He couldn’t help but smile and nodd at the others humour. “Oh I definitely have plenty of punchlines. My favourites are usually I’m not always this naked, but when I am it’s because I’m about to take three dicks at once.” He stated before leaning back against the door and crossing his arms. “Or its im not always this naked, but when I am it’s because I’m getting my leather cleaned.” He answered with a chuckle.

Chance felt his cheeks burning at the man’s remark. “But not you.” He teased lightly as he looked the other over. He wished he naturally looked that good when carefree.

"I prefer the direct approach," he laughed when the redhead specified not him, "why sniff an ass when I can show interest other ways right?  Dogs do it to get to know each other, but let's be real, there are much BETTER ways of doing that now aren't there?"  He smirked, stepping closer, "unless the thought of me on my knees trying to get at your ass is one that'd turn you on."

“Jesus Christ.” Jem groaned as the man burst out and he shook his head, smiling as he couldn’t help it when other people laughed, he laughed as well. “Yeah, I’m good. Used to you know uh, having a good time in here. It was weird to not so I was just enjoying the hot water. Though I’m not a prune thank you very much. I’m used to being in water for long periods of time.”

"You know," he leaned against the far wall and laughed when Jem explained about what he'd been USED to in the showers, "most men take showers to get clean, though there's no better place to get dirty so you clean yourself right up after, am I right?"  Wiggling his eyebrows though the other probably wasn't even watching him, but he could hear the playfulness in his tone.  "Kind of hard to have fun all by yourself," technically it wasn't hard to make it happen at all, but it certainly was a lot more fun when others were involved.  "Oh yeah, what are you, part Merman?  Got your legs like Ariel so you're taking 'em for a spin?"

“Fruity drinks,” Hattan replied, lifting a margarita glass full of a dark red kind of thing. “They’re surprisingly strong, so don’t diss them,” he added lightly, and he regarded what the other man was drinking. “Is it a long day kind of night?” If the guy was drinking this much because he was bored, well, Hattan didn’t want to touch that kind of a subject right then. Besides, it wasn’t much of his business what other people got up to in the Haus. It would be a rather hypocritical thing to do.

Leo crushed the butt of his third cigarette against the ground and idly watched the ashes paint said surface. Stressed was an understatement. For reasons even unknown to him, he had been tense all day and frustration was just flitting around his pale frame. He could smoke packs upon packs if given the opportunity – and he was nearing that point. Only perched on the steps for about five minutes and Leo had zoned out and entered his own little world. He stared at the pool while plucking another stick out; it should’ve brought him some peace and serenity to look at something so motionless, so untouched. But the quietness was only agitating him further. He managed to light his cigarette with one last flicker, right before the useless thing ran out of fluid and he inwardly laughed at his luck. He secured the smoke between his lips and chucked the lighter far from his position; in the midst of his anger, the object collided with an animate figure and he wasn’t aware until the victim made a sound. 

Who knew taking a stroll outside would turn into a DISASTER, Preston never seeing it coming until it was too late and the durable plastic PEGGED the side of his head.  He didn't even KNOW what the hell it'd been, of course a yelp as he brought his hand up immediately checking for blood, swearing he'd felt his face just split open.  Nothing seemed WET, that was a good sign, though fuck if it didn't hurt when he pressed on it - because OF COURSE when something hurt the first thing ANYONE did was press on it right?  Fucking clueless, that's what he was, finally seeing the shimmering metal as he picked it up to inspect - "where in the hell?"  His immediate glance was overhead, the building was a decent distance away, but someone could have been smoking on a balcony and decided to use him as TARGET PRACTICE.  He'd offer them softer ammunition for next time, still cursing under his breathe until he saw a glowing cherry ahead.  Still holding the lighter in his hand he walked over, hand once again rubbing his head where he'd been hit, "next time think you could use something a little less DAMAGING?  I've got goods to protect," he teased tossing the lighter to the ground beside him (not knowing that it'd been useless).  "Either that, or next time throw a boomerang, comes back to you without the third party having to walk it over."  Not that Preston was doing anything TOO pressing, so he did have time to kill.

Jem was taking a shower in the gym showers when he heard a noise. “Uh hello?” He called out, really hoping there wasn’t a murderer in the Haus somewhere that was planning on killing him. 

"CABLE GUY!"  Preston burst out laughing, it being just a force of habit after years ago watching that insanely stupid Jim Carrey film.  It was HILARIOUS, Preston enjoying obviously the much SIMPLER things in life, "nah, seriously dude, you've been in there for a while, just checking to make sure you're uh, good?"  He'd been in charge of picking up all the dirty towels in the laundry room and had heard the water for quite some time, "you're probably a prune by now."

Chance had just walked out of the gym when he saw someone walking through the hallway. “Sorry, I probably smell like chlorine.” He’d finished his workout with a long swim. “Unless you need me for something. Hopefully you’re okay with me being wet.”

So maybe going skinny dipping wasn’t the most original thing, but when Des couldn’t find his clothes he realized he’d be walking back, stark naked. He didn’t lack modesty by any means, but he also didn’t want to get in trouble. He had made it though to his room, just at the door when he found the door was locked. When he felt a tap on his shoulder he looked back at the male behind him. “Contrary to what you’re seeing, I’m not always this naked.”

The reference flew right over Jer’s head, but he paused as the person addressed him nevertheless. “Oh my gosh, thank you so much,” he said, gratefully accepting the smaller bag. “It has my comfort book,” he admitted sheepishly. He was sure he’d have access to books in the Haus, but having a book from home, well, he’d deemed it a necessity. Along with the guitar which was currently in a soft case slung across his back. “Yeah, definitely,” he agreed with the person’s statement. He had left some stuff back home, but his mom had left his room intact, so it made it easier. “I’m Jeremy, new member of staff,” he said, shuffling things around until he had a free hand to offer. 

"A what, comfort book?"  What in the bloody hell was a comfort book?  Preston looked towards the bag, "is that like a book then when it gets too boring you can just use it as a pillow or something?"  He definitely wasn't the type who actually ENJOYED getting to sit around and read when he had free time, but he wasn't going to knock others who did like doing just that.  To each their own and all that good stuff right?  "Preston, staff member, not as new as you but still new enough."  He laughed, unsure of how he was supposed to introduce himself.  Everything in the Haus was so DIFFERENT from what he was used to, though it was rather EXCITING at the same time.

“Ope, sorry, can I just sneak right by ya? Moving in is surprisingly more complicated than I thought.” This was probably the third person he’d run into as he was carrying things to his room. Sure, theoretically he knew there would be a lot of people. But actually living it was a bit different. Still, everyone he’d seen had been nice. It was sort of insane coming here all the way from Minnesota. No one from his real life actually knew what he was doing here. Everyone was under the guise that he was in school when actually he couldn’t pay for school. Hence this job. 

"Whoa, slow down there, Jimmie Johnson," first racer that he could think of as he jogged down the hall to catch up with the man, "think this belongs to you?"  He held up a smaller bag that matched another that he was carrying, "looks to be part of a set, and i'd hate for you to already have lost something on day one."  Not that he knew what was even in the bag but it must have been important to bring in with him right?  "It's crazy, we condense our entire outside lives into just a few luggage cases when we come here, like nothing really matters right?"  The man looked nervous, or in the least a little shocked over everything, so the least Preston could do was offer some friendly conversation.

“Mind if I–?” Cassius stopped himself and tutted, taking the liberty of stepping closer to the other man. Hopping up onto his tip toes, he picked at a stray lock of his hair and pushed it back into place behind his ear, smoothing it into place. He pouted his bottom lip and nodded in satisfaction. “Sorry. Was bothering me.”

Preston had absolutely NO idea what was happening at first, this man not even FINISHING his sentence as he came to stop right infront of him fixing his hair without warning.  Not that Preston minded at all, "was it doing that damn Alfalfa thing it likes to do?"  His damn hair was at that length where it definitely could use a trim, "thanks man, can't go around looking like i've just had a hot date with a light socket right?"  Just HOPING he would get the joke and laugh along, though Preston was rather immature.

A chuckle left his lips at the other’s response, unable to stop himself from enjoying the witty remark he gave. Oh, how he enjoyed a man that wasn’t afraid to play along. “Now I knew you were a smart man when I saw you,” Alexander complimented, grin still upon his lips before he moved to place his hand on the staff member’s thigh. “But humor me, won’t you? Tell me things in specific you’d like. Or, really… tell me what you’d like me to do to you.”
