"Well I ate legit fish and chips and the tea over there is better than the tea here," Olivia started, trying to recall all of the things she did while in London. Half of it she spent working and half of it she spent falling in love, but she’ll talk about that last bit with him after they’ve eaten breakfast. She had to stop being nervous about telling him. When she called her parents she wasn’t nervous at all. They were just relieved that she finally found the one for her—one they approved of anyway. With Donny… Well, he knew her more than anyone and his opinion on the matter would probably weigh a bit more than her mom and dad’s. "I didn’t meet the Queen but I saw her car pass by. I did meet an Earl though. He was very old and very slow but very nice." Olivia smiled, remembering William’s great uncle. He was so fond of her. His whole family was actually. "Then most of the time I just worked. That’s why I was there in the first place."

"Old huh? Should have wooed him so you could keep the money the castle and the title once he kicked the bucket. Life, sorted." He said with a cheeky smile. Donovan was of course joking, but you could never be quite sure with him to begin with. Donovan let out a laugh and rolled his eyes playfully, trust Olivia to take a working holiday and actually work. "Hope you had time to have fun in between being a workaholic. Shame I wasn't there to actually make sure you were having a good time." 

He held open the door for her once they made it to their usual cafe and went to sit at the same table they always did when they were there. The two of them visited this cafe so often that they didn't even need to order at the counter anymore, the barista had their orders memorised ages ago. It was small things like that that only solidified his feelings for her even more. "I've been good. You know me, same old song and dance." He replied once they were seated, actually finding himself starting to get nervous and fidgety now that he was sitting there in front of her. "There's actually something I wanted to tell you." Donovan took hold of her hands and smiled, running his thumb along her fingers much in the way someone would do with their significant other. "See I've been thinking a lot and I–..." He trailed off when he felt a small obtrusive object on her hand. Her left hand to be precise.
