âSafe Abortion for All.
No Compromise - No Apologyâ

Middle School Number 3, one of the 5 secondary schools in Pripyat. Middle School 1 collapsed in 2005. There are hundreds of Russian made child-sized gas masks scattered around the school. They were kept on-site in the Cold War era. Before the Chernobyl disaster, the school was modern with extensive sports and music facilities.

28 QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE
Every once in a while we stop and think about the routines we have fallen into, the lives we have become comfortable with, and the surrounding we are accustomed to. Sometimes we feel a little lost in the direction we are headed. Sometimes we feel a little stuck. Sometimes we feel like we are not being honest with ourselves and are not living the life we actually want to live if money was not an object.Â
There are so many things we wish we could do but we havenât come around to doing it. We feel like there is more to life. We feel like we might be wasting our time if we donât do it, yet, we feel stuck. There are so many reasons that we seem to be telling ourselves why we havenât come around to doing it. We may feel like we donât have enough time, but if we donât make time for it, when will we ever make it happen? We may say that we donât have enough money, but do we really need so much capital to begin with or can we take a leap of faith in ourselves and let life lead the way? We may feel like the time is not right, but if we keep waiting around, when will it ever be right? We may feel like weâre not ready, but we will never feel ready until we have already done it once. Â
When these doubts or feelings occur, ask yourself these questions to help you determine what you really want out of life, where you are headed, and what you should do.Â
1. If not now, then when?
2. What would you do if nobody would judge you?Â
3. Have you done something worth remembering lately?
4. Time or money?
5. What is the one thing you are proud of but would never put on your resume?
6. In 20 years from now, what do you want to remember?
7. What is something that you have always wanted to do since you were a kid?
8. When did you first realize life is short?
9. What memory from the past makes you smile the most?
10. Are you proud of what you are doing or what have you done?
11. In one year from today, how do you want to be different?
12. Are you doing what you believe in or settling for what you are doing?
13. What do you need to do to make it happen?
14. What do you absolutely love in life?
15. Has your greatest fear come true?
16. What is success for you?
17. What makes you feel great about yourself?
18. What do you admire most in the world?
19. If life is so short, why do we do so many things we donât like doing?
20. When was the last time you started something new?
21. In order of importance, how would you rank happiness, money, love, health, fame?
22. What was the thing that didnât last forever, but was still worth a while?
23. What has fear or failure stopped you from doing?
24. In one word, how would you spend the last month of your life?
25. What do you want to be known for?
26. What are you thankful for?
27. What do you need to let go of?
28. If you havenât achieved it yet, what do you have to lose?
To actually sit down and answer all of these questions might be harder than you think. But I hope that after doing this self-discovery exercise, you now have a clear direction of what you want out of life and what you should do.Â

âHe hid it from me for four years. Â The whole time I believed he was in love with me. Â He was always saying: âI love you.â Â Always: âI want to be with you.â Â And he seemed to care so much. Â Heâd always ask about what I read, and what I learned, and what I thought. Â Weâd talk about our future together. Â I was so happy. Â The world seemed so beautiful. Â Until one night we were eating dinner, and his phone rang. Â He glanced at the screen then put it down quickly. Â Something felt strange, so I told him to answer it. Â But he refused. Â And thatâs when I knew. Â I pressed him for days until he finally admitted everything. Â I went through all his emails. Â All the things he ever told me, heâd told her too. Â Word for word. Â Everything had been lies. Â Theyâd even travelled together when he claimed to be on business trips. Â My world was broken. Â I havenât dated for years. Â So many of my previous understandings have lost their meaning. Â I no longer know what âloyaltyâ is. Â Or âcommitment.â Â I canât even use the word âloveâ anymore. Â I used to say it all the time: âI love this,â or âI love doing that.â Â Now I just say that I âwantâ to do something. Â Or I use the word âhappyâ a lot. Â Like: âIâm happy to be with you.â Â But never âlove. Â Because I donât know what that is anymore.â (Hong Kong)

âSelf loveâ and âself careâ have become commodified and marketed. Itâs only âself careâ if youâre buying $10 bathbombs and a $30 face wash. Itâs only âself loveâ if youâre buying expensive things as a way to âtreat yourselfâ. Captalism really found a to sell these concepts to us and yall dont want to talk about it.
Since someone suggested it, hereâs a list of free self care ideas:
Take a walk in a park
Meditate
Listen to an album or music compilation on youtube
Just sit and be with yourself. Daydream out a window
Do yoga! If youâre not sure where to start, Yoga with Adriene on YouTube is a great and free channel that has yoga for everyone and every ability
Lay in bed all day, and dont feel guilty about it. Everyone deserves rest.
Organize something in your house/apartment/room
Go to your local library.
Listen to Ted Talks or a podcast
Call a friend
Take a hot shower or bath. No, you dont need bathbombs or bath salts or bubbles or essential oils, despite what everyone wants you to think. Just let the hot water relax your muscles
Take a hike
Journal
Build a cozy fort, watch some movies or read a book in it. Bonus points if you also color in it, bc letâs face it, none of us actually feel like adults, and thatâs okay.
Go through your things and maybe donate some.
People watch at a park or in a mall
Wash all your towels and linens, do all your laundry and commit to folding it as soon as itâs out of the dryer.
Take online personality quizzes, but dont take them seriously
Get dressed up and do a photoshoot of yourself. Dont post the pictures on social media.
Cuddle your pets. If you dont have pets, consider volunteering at a local shelter.
