The above is a video shared by smrchildsadness on Twitter, showing a person participating in a pride parade exchanging a pride flag with a person standing on his (am using his pronoun based on the TikToks/Tweets of what happened) doorway who had a Portuguese flag. There are sounds of cheers and crying and the two people hug each other as they exchange the flags. The man at the doorway then waved kisses to the crowd within the pride parade.
The Tweet says: "NO YOU DONT UNDERSTAND HE WAS WAVING THE PORTUGUESE FLAG BECAUSE HE DIDN'T HAVE A PRIDE FLAG AND THEY TRADED FLAGS AND HE'S SO EMOTIONAL TO GET HIS OWN PRIDE FLAG I'M EMOTIONALLY RUINED"
For context, apparently they were worried that maybe he's a nationalist because he was waving the Portuguese flag and some nationalists opposing the pride march were waving that flag. But upon interacting with him, it turns out he didn't have have a pride flag and he wanted to wave *a* flag in support of the pride march. So they had an exchange and now he has his own pride flag 😭🥹.
The image above is a Tweet by kunwara_ladkaa that says "I'm crying so much right now (Image taken by Manuel Fernando Araújo/Lusa)". The image shows the same man from the pride parade crying as he hugs his new pride flag.
The above image is a Tweet by dudz_zZzz that says "ainda não parei de pensar nele," which according to Google translate from Portuguese to English is "I still haven't stopped thinking about him." The image is a drawing of the person from the pride parade, crying as he hugs his new pride flag.

President Trump's White House ballroom plans are in the hands of three appellate judges heard arguments Friday over whether construction sho
"Let me ask you a straightforward question: that this court, the Supreme Court, no court could stop the building of this [ballroom]?" asked Judge Patricia Millett, an Obama appointee.
"Yes," answered Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Yaakov Roth. …
DOJ attorney Roth argued that the [National Trust for Historic Preservation] lacked standing in part because the court could not correct the alleged harm, since the former East Wing has already been demolished and construction on its replacement is now so far along. That led Judge Millett to rebuke what she called the administration's "move fast and break things" approach.
"If you move fast enough, nobody has standing to challenge it?" she asked.
"I do think that that is correct," Roth said. "The injury, it becomes non-redressable."
When pressed by Millett on a hypothetical circumstance she introduced involving the Statue of Liberty, Roth acknowledged that the same argument would apply if the Trump administration attempted to quickly demolish it.
"If the government decided to move very quickly to bulldoze the Statue of Liberty," Millett began, pointing to a theoretical lawsuit brought by those whose ancestors saw the statue on arrival. "[If] the government moved too fast, nothing can be done?"
"I think that's right, yes," Roth said, in a moment that sparked audible gasps in the courtroom.

Here's a summary of NPR's findings about the report that a whistleblower filed to Congress about how DOGE violated security protocols and co
In fact, in the minutes after DOGE accessed the NLRB's systems, someone with an IP address in Russia started trying to log in, according to Berulis' disclosure. Those attempts were blocked, but they were especially alarming. Whoever was attempting to log in was using one of the newly created DOGE accounts — and the person had the correct username and password, according to [whistleblower] Berulis.
Holy. Fucking. Shit.
A whistleblower has basically given us the missing piece of the puzzle. DOGE might be accessing all of this sensitive government data across dozens of agencies…to feed to Russia.
This should be a bombshell - and corroborates the formerly-conspiracy-theory-turning-real-possibility of Trump & Co. being Russian agents.
Oh, and Trump announced in a memo this same day that he plans to defund the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (which funds NPR and PBS).
After calling out suspicious data access by DOGE, one whistleblower suddenly found himself in the crosshairs of the world's wealthiest man a

I was actually hospitalized during the long holiday break. I had a bad fall near my home and ended up having to call an ambulance because the pain was so intense I couldn’t move. Thankfully, nothing was broken, but the whole situation was pretty shocking and honestly left me feeling a bit miserable too. I was able to leave the hospital after about 10 days, and the experience really made me appreciate the importance of good health all over again. Feeling grateful.
https://www.instagram.com/toru_fukuda/p/DXmMw-9Ei_s/
