Rambling about my monster high OC cuz I have had thoughts today (daughter/apprentice/captive of gatekeeper from atmosfear):
When she passed over to the other side, she chose Khufu’s domain to reside in
She helped someone who was in severe debt out by allowing them to cheat and win back some of the money they lost, which Khufu found out about and cut off her left pinky
She and a few other of Khufu’s servants challenged the gatekeeper where she was made “chosen one” and was banished to the black hole during the game
Her friends beat the gatekeeper, allowing them to leave the other side but in their excitement, they forgot about her (Either that or they intentionally did it because she was very good at being a chosen one AKA snitch)
She was left in the black hole for 100 years because that’s how long it takes the gatekeeper to clean it out. He finds her and says that he wants to leave the other side but needs someone to take over his role and more or less forces her to accept
She trains under him before he realises he wants new blood to challenge him as the usual harbingers are getting boring and decides to sent her to monster high to find a mummy, a zombie, a poltergeist, a werewolf, a vampire and a witch (she decides to get a sea monster instead)
Now the other little facts:
She despises Cleo because she reminds her too much of Khufu
Whenever she hears the word “answer” she flinches or says “yes, my gatekeeper” out of instinct
Her trunk she brought to the school is a mini version of the well of fears
She acts somewhat tough when first met, unless the gatekeeper is around and then you will not hear a word out of her unless he says
No one can hold her left hand unless she absolutely trusts them
She is tomb-mates with Ratika (rap rat, may write about her next) and Hysteria (grin n bear it)
She’s not certain about her age so she says 160
She has a black key necklace that she wears to show that she can never “win the game” aka leave unless she manages to trick another person into accepting it
