Also, there are questions I was quite curious about: How does System choose victims of her soul transferring? And why did it choose Zhi Ming, when there was already problem with fusion, memories and the fact that Ghost Yuan himself is a transmigrator?

Okay so!!! How the System chooses victims basically at random lol, I honestly haven't really thought about the logistics any hmmm.... I mean for SY it's pretty clear, he was supposed to go to PIDW as SQQ and fix the plot, but because svsss!SY was already there, he wasn't able to transmigrate. The System couldn't connect to any of the other characters in pidw (because the svsss System was blocking her and just like nuh uh buckaroo! This is MY world, go get your own! And so she left to reconnect to tgcf lol). When it comes to Airplane, it's the same story. As for GY, I really don't think there was a reason for his transmigration, the System mostly just chose him for convenience lmao, just like "hey buddy damn you died? Well how about you come live in this world instead! Oh don't worry you definitely aren't just coming to this world to serve as a sacrifice for a future host, absolutely not, this System would never do that"
I think if I were to give any real lore to why they were chosen out of everyone else, for SY it would be to give him some happiness in his life and not being a hater. For GY it was to give him a purpose and something to strive towards. For Airplane, uhhhhhh idk I can't think of anything meaningful for him lmfao I guess to punish him for writing PIDW?? Idk bro has had it extremely rough ever since transmigrating lol

EDIT BECAUSE I FORGOT TO ANSWER THE OTHER QUESTIONS:
So!! It chose ZM in order to fix that entire issue. As ZM has said himself, he was not supposed to exist. SL wasn't in the canon timeline in the slightest, which was fine to an extent. When it came to the fusion, however, and an entirely new being was created, everything was thrown completely out of whack and needed to be fixed. So, when the System was denied from bringing SY to pidw, it realized this was the perfect opportunity to fix that entire issue with ZM. ZM had already proven that he didn't have much will of his own at all, so when the System offered to boot him out of the body, it expected him to just dissipate like any ghost without a reason to exist would. However, this was not the case and he found a body to exist in (the statue) and continued to live on. So, he continued to exist when he wasn't supposed to, and this time the System didn't have a way to get rid of him like before because it only has control over that one body (the one SY is in now)
Now with the whole GY being a transmigrator thing, as he said before, he's been in stasis (presumably with SL) in order to help SY along when he needs it (like letting him know about the bow, because without knowing what it is, SY would have a whole lot of trouble). So! Because he's been in stasis, there is no way for him to interfere and cause more unexpected issues
