I think this is the furthest I've driven for a concert.
Omg it was crazy though. First someone who passed out was taken out, then someone started vomiting.
Man the venue was packed. I got there after 7:30 (doors open time). Got right into the merch line and bought a CD. Tried to find a spot on the right side since I was on the left last year. Had to move around a bit.
The Secret of Life-Used to Know-Ancient Names action is definitely the highlight for me.
After the Incident I moved closer to the front but on the edge. Couldn't see a ton but meh. Finally got to hear the live version of frozen pines since there was no helicopter this time.
The setlist was pretty much the same as last year (one song shorter I think). Bummer, I was really hoping to hear Life is Strange. Saw another paramedic head to the front as I was leaving.
Then I waited by my car for the parking lot to clear out. I was going I could see some stars but i think i saw even less than at home. Maybe it was cloudy?
Nts: if I'm ever back at Vibrant Music Hall, the balcony doesn't seem like a bad option?
