The property situated on Andover’s Old Winton Road underwent a complete refurbishment that included a brand new bathroom, kitchen and living areas.

This large extension to a beautiful house with views of the Hampshire countryside was designed to be fully in keeping with the original building by our experienced architects. The scope involved a high quality refurbishment of the house as well as a new entrance. There was also additional ground level accommodation added as well as first floor bedrooms with en-suites. Finally a granny annexe was added to the garage block to complete the project.

This high class renovation project was recently completed in Collingbourne Ducis and took just six weeks from start to finish. Works carried out included plastering of the complete property as well as a brand new bathroom and kitchen fit out.
