One time i was feeling moody all day and I finally just held them down and bite them everywhere until they were acting overstimulated (I can it's ok). I feel so much better and like my rage is gone like I don't need to punch pillows or something that looks dumb anymore. is anyone else onto this? I think I'm really onto something with this method. Even when I was cranky over something dumb that didn't matter I could just take a deep breath and bite them like a pencil top eraser
